What we collect

When you send the quote form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, home address, the service you're asking about, and anything you add in the message field. The form asks for your explicit consent — under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — before we contact you by email, phone or text.

Like most websites, we also use standard analytics tools that record anonymized usage information (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to help us understand how the site is used.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details and project information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you hire us — schedule and carry out the work. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't send promotional messages unrelated to your enquiry.

Who handles your information

Form submissions are delivered to our customer-relationship management (CRM) system through a third-party form-processing service. That processor handles your information only to transmit and store the submission on our behalf, under its own contractual and security obligations. Access within our company is limited to the people handling your enquiry or project.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We never share it with third parties for their own marketing. Beyond the form processor and CRM provider described above, your information leaves our hands only if the law requires it.

Withdrawing consent and requesting deletion

You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time, and you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email your request to the address below and we'll act on it — deletion requests are completed unless we're required to keep a record (for example, a signed contract or invoice, which retention laws cover).
